It came one morning when Riaan was praying about the struggles he was facing at the time and felt that God was asking him to really trust Him. He was scribbling the word: "TRUST" on a paper, forming the "T's" in the beginning and the end into a cross: TrusT. The Lord gently spoke to Him saying: "Look between the crosses. What do you see?" And clearly he saw it: "rus" the Afrikaans word for "rest"

That picture spoke to us in such a powerful way, to rest in Him. To rest from our own plans and ideas and efforts, by leaning on and trusting the Lord.
