If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please take a moment to read our return and refund policies and process below.
Before placing your order, we encourage you to take a moment to check our size guide — each product page includes detailed garment measurements to help you find your perfect fit. If you're unsure, please reach out to us before ordering and we'll gladly assist.
Timeframe We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@itgclothing.co.za. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our office, at your own cost. Or if you prefer that we organize collection, we will do so through The Courier Guys's Door-to-Locker service for R95 one way.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom products such as special orders or personalized items.
International Orders Every order we send internationally is packed with care and shipped with love from South Africa. However, because of the distances involved, we're unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@itgclothing.co.za within 10 days of receiving it — include a photo of the issue and we will assess each case individually. Where applicable, we may offer store credit to the value of the affected item.

Exchanges (South Africa only) Please use the size charts with individual garment measurements before ordering. If you ordered the incorrect size, we will gladly exchange the garment for the correct size (providing that we do have the item in stock), but please note that you, as the customer will be liable for the courier costs involved, both to send back the item as well as to receive the new one. We can arrange collection of the item, and the delivery of the new item, for R190, with The Courier Guy's Locker-to-Door services, or you are welcome to arrange your own courier.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at info@itgclothing.co.za.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
