Shipping Options

Courier (Priority): 2-4 business days* – R200
Courier (Standard): 3–5 business days* – R135
Courier (Economy): 4-7 business days* – R95
Local Pickup - FREE (24hrs)
Free Shipping: 4-7 business days* – FREE

*Please allow an extra 1–2 days for delivery to KZN, outlying, or regional areas.

Dispatch Times

Orders paid before 10:00 AM will be sent on the same business day.
Orders paid after 10:00 AM will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Local Pickup

If you're near Mossel Bay (Garden Route), you're welcome to collect your order in person @ B6-8, The Goods Shed, 55 Bland Street, Mossel Bay. The order is usually ready within 24hrs.
We'll send you directions and a location pin once your parcel is ready.
Our office hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders over R1000.00 (excludes wholesale orders).
Orders will be sent via The Courier Guy locker-to-door service (delivery in 4–7 business days*).

International Shipping

We currently only deliver within South Africa due to high international shipping costs.
However, if you'd like to arrange your own international courier to collect your parcel, you are welcome to do so. Please contact us for more information.

Couriers may occasionally experience delays due to exceptional circumstances. We’ll keep you updated and work to resolve any issues promptly.
ITG Clothing is not responsible for lost parcels.
If you would like to add insurance to your parcel, please contact us to make arrangements.
